One of the most crucial factors for another season is the abundance of manga, which is the prime source material for the anime. We have to speculate in what form the next sequel will be released by Kinema Citrus production house arguably if it will be a movie adaptation again.
The manga writer Akihito Tsukushi is still working on new chapters and releases them every month. The last one is the 8th chapter, released in 2021.
